Starting Up Again

So I know I started this blog quite awhile ago in hopes of getting my ideas out there, but I really hadn't had much time. I still don't have a whole lot with work and all but I do have some free time. I have a couple projects I need to get cracking on, but hopefully I can get some sketches up pretty soon and explain the idea a little better. Not much has really changed, just some refinements. I've been watching local and national news as far as what types of things are related to my idea and trying to integrate them as well. Hopefully I can get this going pretty soon so I can get some feedback and more ideas, I really do believe that this could be a big step forward as far as urban renewal goes.

What It's About

Well, before I do anything with this blog I figured I'd let you know what it's going to be about. I'm in the process of refining some basic ideas for a possible sustainability option. Before I try to sound all professional though I'm only a sophomore in Landscape Architecture. After hearing some ideas on sustainability and how to combat urban sprawl along with all of the other problems we face today I've tried to come up with several ways to improve our situation. So this is where I will put these ideas. They aren't going to be scientifically backed up, it's all my opinion. I will try to post sketches and the like to get points across in other ways, but with this latest idea I feel I may have thought of something original instead of twisting others ideas, who knows, there's millions of people out there. That is why I would like you, the reader, to comment on my posts and let me know what you think, hopefully I can get some readers on this and maybe raise some awareness of the problems. My first idea should be posted sometime soon so keep your eyes peeled.
